Our BrightStar pillars are avaible in two series:

• NightRunner is our permanent pier system that offers proven solutions in resonable price range.  First progenitors of this pier are nearly 20 years old. 6pcs M12 bolts guarantee great stiffnes and easy horizontal adjustment. Firstly adjust 3 oposite bolts and than strenghten the top plate with another 3 bolts. The whole top of this column can be fully rotated by 360 deg. All bolts, nuts and spacers are stainless. This permanent pier is attached to the floor by 8pcs Ø12 anchorbolts or chemical anchorage systems.
• StarFighter is our advanced column system dedicated to customers that demand more than the standard product. This design will make you proud everytime you look at it. Horizontal adjustment at the bottom by extreme big M36 worm bolts is stiffer and advanced solution. The mount adapter can be fully 360 deg. rotated. All adapters are at least 240mm diameter big and mounted with 12pcs bolts to the pier base.

Technology: All flat elements are Hypetherm plasma CNC cut of 8 and 10 mm thick 18G2A (1.0562) S335 grade steel sheets. Pipes are cut with the bend-saw and 4-axis plasma torched to create holes for the wires. Main construction pipe edges are machined on the big lathe. All steel elements are initially tumbled in heavy rotary drum to get rid of the scale. After that they are cleanded in vibratory finishing tumblers to get perfect edges for welding.  The most important job is done by our mighty master welder Martin. We love his style of handcrafting continuous MAG welds with extreme big notch. Then we take care of another cleaning process by hand cheasels which sometimes takes a lot of time… After welding our colums go to heat treating to remove the inside tensions in ~500°C.  Finally comes blast sanding before the galvanizing and structural powder painting.
